                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
                   ON THE CONTRACT TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING
                   SERVICES FOR THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL
                   DESIGN OF MCCALLIE AVENUE VIADUCT, WITH A.
                   G. LICHTENSTEIN & ASSOCIATES, INC., WHICH
                   CHANGE ORDER INCREASES THE CONTRACT BY THE
                   AMOUNT OF SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS
                   ($63,000.00), FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF
                   FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED
                   EIGHTEEN DOLLARS ($452,618.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       Change Order No. 3 on the contract to provide engineering 
services
       for the preliminary and final design of McCallie Avenue Viaduct,
       with A. G. Lichtenstein & Associates, Inc., which change order
       increases the contract by the amount of $63,000.00, for a total
       contract amount of $452,618.00.
